Cryptocurrency Market Update: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Other Major Coins
Bitcoin Price Analysis
Bitcoin (BTC) is once again facing resistance near the $65,000 mark. However, the selling pressure appears to be diminishing, indicating a potential breakout. Analysts are keeping a close eye on Bitcoin’s classic Puell Multiple metric, which has entered the “green” zone for the first time since late 2022. Historically, this has been a bullish indicator.
Additionally, Bitcoin’s historical patterns suggest that a breakout is imminent. According to Rekt Capital, Bitcoin typically breaks out from its reaccumulation range between 154 and 161 days after halving. Given that the most recent halving occurred 157 days ago, BTC could be on the verge of a significant move.
Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) inflows have been positive for four consecutive days, signaling renewed interest from institutional investors. Should traditional financial markets like the S&P 500 remain bullish, Bitcoin could see a rally.
Ethereum Price Analysis
Ethereum (ETH) turned down from $2,702, indicating that bears are selling near the resistance level of $2,850. The ETH/USDT pair may drop to the moving averages, a crucial support level. A rebound from this level could lead to a breakout above $2,850, potentially pushing the price to $3,400. Conversely, a break below the moving averages could form a symmetrical triangle pattern, signaling indecision between the bulls and bears.
Binance Coin Price Analysis
Binance Coin (BNB) is facing strong selling pressure near the $635 resistance level. The first support is at the 20-day EMA ($563). A rebound from this level could lead to another attempt to break the $635 barrier, potentially pushing the price to $722. However, a break below the moving averages could keep the BNB/USDT pair range-bound between $460 and $635.
Solana Price Analysis
Solana (SOL) bounced off the moving averages, indicating that bulls are buying the dips. The critical level to watch is $164. A turn down from this level could keep the SOL/USDT pair range-bound between $116 and $164. However, a break above $164 could push the price to $190.
XRP Price Analysis
XRP has been unable to maintain above the $0.60 resistance, indicating selling on rallies. Bears will attempt to sink the price below the moving averages, potentially dragging the XRP/USDT pair to $0.50. On the other hand, a rebound could lead to a retest of the $0.60 level, with a potential climb to $0.64.
Dogecoin Price Analysis
Dogecoin (DOGE) held its ground despite attempts by bears to push it back into the falling wedge pattern. The 20-day EMA ($0.10) is turning up, and the RSI is positive, indicating bullish momentum. Minor resistance is at $0.12, but a break could take the price to $0.14. A fall below the moving averages could see DOGE drop to $0.09 and then to $0.08.
Toncoin Price Analysis
Toncoin (TON) is trading within a tight range between the moving averages. A sustained move above the 50-day SMA ($5.76) could signal an uptrend toward $7. Conversely, a break below the 20-day EMA ($5.56) could see the TON/USDT pair drop to the $4.72 to $4.44 support zone.
Cardano Price Analysis
Cardano (ADA) broke above the downtrend line of a descending triangle, a bullish sign. This could push the ADA/USDT pair to $0.40 and then to $0.45. However, a fall below the moving averages could invalidate this positive view, increasing the risk of a breakdown below $0.31.
Avalanche Price Analysis
Avalanche (AVAX) is struggling to break above $29, but the lack of ground ceded to the bears is a positive sign. A break above $29 could see the AVAX/USDT pair rally to $33 and then to $37. A fall below the 20-day EMA ($25.66) could keep the pair range-bound between $19.50 and $29.
